How would that work? Are we better off dying at 100 because the pain of old age would be too great? What sort of advancements in society would have to occur to make this sustainable? If overpopulation is a problem now, would this really mess things up?
What sort of things can I do now to help me live this long? What am I doing to my body to make things better? Or worse? How nutritious do I need to be?
How about my home? Or environment?
What am I doing with my time? Do I have any time?
What is society's role in my future? Does the state provide means for me to live longer or is it just a machine trying to get what it can out of me and quickly deliver me to the nearest landfill? If not the state, who do I believe?
How do I keep from being sick? If I am already sick, how do I get better? If there is nothing technological to heal me yet, what can I hope for? How can I contribute?
Is 300 ridiculous? Would 150 be a more reasonable goal?
How might people treat each other if they knew they were going to be around a lot longer? How would people who are miserable be able to handle a longer lifespan? How important would community be knowing dependence on others might need to extend beyond family?
How would politics change? How would acceptance of others change? How would economy play into it?
How do we remain free while being able to change the way we look at the world? Can we look beyond our own backyard for answers?
How grumpy would a 300 year old man be? Could a 300 year old person be grateful? Or would they just feel cursed?
